The first step in becoming a student at AVC is completing an application. You may either apply online from our web site (the same site from which you accessed this orientation) or you may drop by the Admissions and Records office in the lobby of the Student Services Building to submit your application. If you apply online, click on the link below. It will take you to our web site. Look on the left hand side of the page for the “apply on line” link. Click there and follow the directions.
Applying for admission is not the same as registering for classes. That step occurs later. Submitting an application creates a file for you in our computer where your academic record is stored.
