New Student– If you have graduated from high school OR are at least 18 years of age AND have never attended any college.
Returning Student– It has been a semester or longer since you have attended AVC as a regular student.
Continuing Student– You are a student currently enrolled in classes at AVC as a regular student.
K-12/Home School Student– You are currently enrolled in a K-12 program and have not received a high school diploma, California proficiency, or GED AND are under the age of 18.
Veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces– You are a veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces and want to enroll in AVC.
International Student– You are a resident AND a citizen of a foreign country and cannot establish California residency under your current Visa.
Student with a Disability– You are a student with a disability and want to enroll in AVC.
Student Transferring from Another College– You are a non-AVC student transferring from another college and want to enroll in AVC.
Dual Enrollment Student– You are an AVC student transferring to CSUB Antelope Valley.
ESL Student– You are an ESL student and want to enroll in AVC.
Other Student– You are unsure about what student category you fall under.
