Personal Development Courses: Beginning Kung Fu for Health and Fitness

This class focuses on promoting general health and physical fitness, as well as improving self-defense, confidence, discipline, communication, and teamwork through the Northern Shaolin systems of stretches, basic stances, punching, kicking, ancient forms, and traditional weaponry. About the Instructor

This course presented by N.S.K.F.A. certified instructor Harold Hazeldine who has over a decade of teaching credits, and has over 20 years of training and experience includes; The authentic undiluded traditional Northern Shaolin Kung Fu Association's curriculum which is the systems and styles that was practiced by and handed down from the old masters. It is famous for powerful kicking maneuvers, Iron Palm strikes, strategically practical real life applications, traditional weaponry skills, including but not limited to the Shaolin Pole, the Pak Kwa Broadsword, the Double-Edged Straight Sword, the Northern Spear, and much more. Hazeldine's teaching style gives students what they need to practice on to avoid injury, have fun, learn, grow, refine techniques, methods and skills, and develop the ability to defend themselves and others.
