Loan Signing Specialist

California Real Estate Industry is in need of notaries to become loan document signing specialists. Betty Bosley will present information on the duties and responsibilities of the Notary Public as a Loan Signing Specialist and provide the students with the information that will improve performance and increase confidence to be successful in the industry. Upon completion of the class, the student will be eligible to take the open book certification examination to receive a Certificate of Completion for the course.
Prerequisite: Must have completed the Notary Public Workshop class.
Fee: $70
