The Wedding Planning Institute is offering this 40 hour, hands-on comprehensive program which covers everything an aspiring wedding planner needs to know to get started in the business. You will be provided all the tools necessary to work as a professional wedding planner or start your own wedding planning business. Fee includes textbook, 6 months of access to online library and the course itself (re-created on audio, video, and text), post-certification support (Job Placement assistance), paid and non-paid apprenticeships, membership in the American Society of Wedding Planners, and national certification from the Wedding Planning Institute.

I have 20 years experience in the wedding/event planning industry. I am truly passionate and always in my element with each event I do. i have been involved in over 500 weddings and numerous special events. I have worked with several high profile clients and have worked all through Sothern California since 1990. I now have the pleasure of owning and operating Elegant Affairs in Lancaster, California. Elegant Affairs is an all inclusive wedding and reception venue. As the director and coordinator, each bride is guaranteed the highest quality of service. I see to every personal detail under the direction of my venue. We have a beautiful garden for an intimate outdoor ceremony. I offer all the essentials that a bride would desire for her perfect day at Elegant Affairs, and with my personal knowledge and experience, so much more. I now have the pleasure of also offering my knowledge to future event planners as an instructor through Lovegevity. This is a ten week course that gives future wedding/event planners the knowledge and knowhow of the business. Plus I personally provide them with hands experience of this industry and they will be certified upon completion.
