Health Sciences: Child & Family Education
People interested in working with young children can earn an associate degree or certificates of competency within several specialty areas of the Child and Family Education Program. The program combines classroom learning with hands-on experiences in the college’s modern Child Development Center, which provides care for infants through kindergarten-aged children. The Child and Family Education Department also offers initial and renewal training for foster and kinship care providers.
