IV.   ACTION ITEMS

A. Communication No. 23-2011/12-S (Superintendent), Revision of Board Policy 6620 Naming Opportunities

B.  Communication No. 24-2011/12-S (Superintendent), Selection of Location and Design for Whit Carter Field Signage

C. Communication No. 25-2011/12-AS (Administrative Services), Approval of Sole Source/Brand Justification for the Purchase of a Steinway Model D Concert Grand Piano

V.   THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES WILL ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING ITEM:

A.  Resignation of classified personnel as listed on Personnel Schedule No. 3-2011/12-PS (Government Code § 54957)

B.   Conference with Mr. Turner (labor negotiator) regarding Antelope Valley College Federation of Classified Employees and Antelope Valley College Federation of Teachers negotiations (Government Code § 54957.6)

VI.       ADJOURNMENT
