Business Services: Warehouse/Receiving Department

  A list of available surplus furniture is now available on the Warehouse webpage.  This furniture is available for use by any department in the District.


For the 13/14 fiscal year, office supply procurement will be switching from the Warehouse to Office Depot.  Because the Warehouse still has stock on several items, send Stan Moore an email of the items your require prior to placing your order through Office Depot. He will check stock and have you submit a Warehouse Requisition for items that are still available. Some items will be continued to be purchased via a Warehouse Requisition even after the completed transition to Office Depot.  Check out the Purchasing website for more informaiton.
