Mind management strategy class to be held at AVC

One-day classes in “Mind Management Strategies” designed to help people attain what they want will be offered through Antelope Valley College’s Corporate and Community Services Office.

Students can choose to attend a class offered 1 p.m. Friday, April 16 at the Palmdale Center, 1529 E. Palmdale Blvd. or 10 a.m. Saturday, April 17 at the Lancaster campus, 3041 W. Ave. K.

The course, led by John Adams, will outline a three-step process of learning practical methods to control and change an individual’s thoughts and words in a manner that increases the probability of attracting what they want.

Students will go through an interactive session and engage in writing exercises as part of the class.
