Open house to be held by Corporate and Community Services

An open house to showcase classes offered to residents and businesses through Antelope Valley College’s Corporate and Community Services Office will be held 5:30-7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 24 in the Lancaster campus Cafeteria, 3041 W. Ave. K.

Corporate and Community Services features a range of non-credit classes that incorporates professional development courses, personal development courses, a customer service academy and continuing education classes. The program is self-supporting.

Those attending the event will have an opportunity to meet instructors from the program, including Harold Hazeldine, who teaches Tai Chi and Kung Fu, John Adams, who instructs mind management, and Dueno Maximo of the customer service academy.

PARS Restaurant, Sonora Restaurant and the college cafeteria will provide refreshments. A free raffle will be held.
