Workshop stresses good, nutritious meals on a budget

Making the most of meals on a limited budget is the focus of a workshop “The 99 Cent Gourmet – How to Feed a Family of Four for $10 or Less” being held at Antelope Valley College 6-9 p.m. Wednesday, July 28.

Instructor Mike Rounds blends his knowledge of making nutritious, good tasting and inexpensive meals with humor as he prepares various dishes for those attending the workshop.

The workshop is offered through Antelope Valley College’s Corporate and Community Services Office.
