College Coordinating
Council
To serve as the coordinating body for governance issues at Antelope Valley College, except academic and professional matters and collective bargaining issues. The Council will have four main functions: issue management, providing a communication network for distributing information to all campus constituent groups, determining the decision-making and recommending authority of campus-wide participatory governance committees, and submitting recommendations to the President in areas of "effective participation"
