The first step in becoming a student at AVC is completing an application. You may either apply online from our web site (the same site from which you accessed this orientation) or you may drop by the Admissions and Records office in the lobby of the Student Services Building to submit your application. If you would like to apply online, click on the link below. It will take you to the online application page.
Applying for admission is not the same as registering for classes. That step occurs later. Submitting an application creates a file for you in our computer where your academic record is stored. After completing your application, enter your student information, including your 9-digit student identification number (note: this is not your social security number), and click the submit button. Please note: Use your AVC e-mail address for the e-mail section of your information.
