Financial Aid:
The Antelope Valley College
Financial
Aid Department
is available to assist you with financial aid forms.
The responsibility for completion of applications and
supplying financial documentation is the students’.
As a courtesy, the CalWORKs office may
assist a student with the following financial aid documents:
BOGFW (Board of Governors Enrollment
Fee Waiver): This fee waiver covers course
fees. It should be completed during the first semester
of attendance and every fall semester after that. Current
proof of income must be attached.
Student Representation Fee Waiver:
This waiver covers the $1 student representation fee.
This application must be completed each semester.
FAFSA
(Free Application for Federal Student Aid):
This application must be completed each fall and spring
semester. Students may qualify for grants, loans, and
work-study money. The AVC financial aid office offers
workshops to help you understand and complete your FAFSA.
