This program is based on the theory of personality types. It is a self-awareness tool. With a higher level of self-awareness, we are able to make more informed decisions that best “fit” the needs of our personalities. Finding your personality type leads to a greater understanding of your place within the World-of-Work. Thus, this career-planning tool can be used to help you find satisfying careers.
