The following circumstances
are cause for termination of a child’s enrollment:
a.
Not following policies as developed by the Child Development
Center.
b.
Disrupting the normal functioning of the office, classroom,
or any Center function will result in immediate termination
of services, e.g.,
- Disturbing behaviors
(not following rules, throwing objects, hitting,
kicking, biting, scratching, pinching, fighting,
using foul language).
- Disrupting the
class to the extent that the child requires one-on-one
interaction.
- Causing a hazard
to other children and adults, as well as to him/herself.
- Causing unsafe
conditions and unsafe interactions with children
and adults.
- Destruction of
the environment.
c.
Three (3) failures to pick-up the child on time.
d.
Two (2) failures to make payments on time.
e. Failure to report
class/job/phone number changes (The CDC staff must
be able to locate the parent/guardian in the event
of an emergency).
f.
Failure to provide the child’s immunization
record and the physician report.
g. Failure to sign and/or return
all enrollments documents, including Infant Needs
and Services Plan.
h.
Three (3) failures to sign the child in/out.
i. Three (3) failures to call in
child absences.
j. It is judged that the child is
emotionally or socially unprepared to cope with his/her
attendance at the Child Development Center.
k.
The director and staff have determined that the child
cannot effectively benefit in this particular environment.
l.
Payments that are one (1) month overdue will result
in IMMEDIATE
termination of services.
