Honors Program

Applications for the Honors Transfer Alliance Program for Fall 2012 may be placed in Ms. Lubick's mailbox in BE bldg up until the Fall semester; however, the deadline to be considered for priority registration due to honors status has now passed. Applications will still be regularly processed and notifications will be sent via email.

About the Honors Program

The Honors Transfer Alliance Program offers the opportunity for priority admission to many major universities throughout the state. A seminar-like atmosphere sterns from the small class size (maximum of 15), leading to lively discussions between students and professors.

Students are encouraged to work closely with faculty to pursue creative and/or independent projects. The program also stresses writing, research and critical thinking skills. The course offerings are designed to facilitate transfer to a four-year university, and we offer the services of an honors counselor to assist students in planning their courses.
