Library: Interlibrary Periodical/Journal Loan Request Form

Antelope Valley College students, faculty, and staff may use this form to request interlibrary loans for material not found in the AVC Library collection. Students must be enrolled for the current semester in order to make a request. Adjunct faculty must be teaching the current semester in order to make a request. Community borrowers are not elligible for interlibrary loan requests.

The average turnaround time may be from 3 days up to 2 weeks.

One periodical/journal title per request. Please fill in as much information as possible.
