Fill out a Facilities Request Form to reserve a room for your club to meet. The form can be obtained in
the Student Development and College Activities Office (SSV 180) or click here for an Adobe Acrobat version.
Once you have completed the form, bring it an ICC meeting for approval. Once your meeting has been approved, a staff member of the Student Development and College Activities Office will verify room availability and let you know by phone or email.
One member of the club
(ideally an officer) must attend the weekly Inter-Club Council meetings in order for the club to remain active. All on-campus club activities must be
approved by the ICC with three (3) weeks advance notice.
These meetings will also provide a link between the clubs
and the Associated Student Organization as well as other
valuable resources.
