VENDOR VISITS

Vendors are encouraged to drop by on the third Thursday of every month at 3:00 p.m. (PST) to visit with the Purchasing and Contract Services Department (PACS) to ask questions about how to do business with the District, go over contractor pre-qualification applications, etc. Please check-in with the PACS’ front desk located in the Administration building, room 154.

For other times, Vendors should schedule an appointment to meet with PACS.  Routine courtesy visits are discouraged as they can disrupt the daily workflow; therefore, vendors without appointments will not be seen.  To make an appointment, please call 661-722-6300, ext. 6310 or email purchasing@avc.edu.  NOTE: PACS must to be notified before a vendor contacts personnel in other areas of the College.
