Do I need to fill out a purchase requisition to book travel?

How do I book/request travel?

I have some last minute travel that needs to be book.  What do I do?

Can I submit my Request for Travel Reimbursement Form if I haven’t received my board approved Trip Request Form? 

When should I submit my Trip Request to ensure they are listed on the next board meeting agenda?

I already made trip reservations and I need to make changes and possibly cancel.  What do I do?

 

 

 

Do I need to fill out a purchase requisition to book travel? 

No.  A purchase requisition will only be required to request payment for Tournament Fees.

I have some last minute travel that needs to be book.  What do I do? 

First, call the Purchasing Office to let them know.  Next, be sure to hand walk your documents for approval signatures and then bring them to the Purchasing Office.

Be aware that any travel requests submitted to the Business Services Area less than 10 buisiness days before the first date of travel will be the responsiblity of the requester to book and obtain reimbursement from the District.  The traveler can also contact their department VP to book the travel with a District Travel card.

Can I submit my Request for Travel Reimbursement Form if I haven’t received my board approved Trip Request Form?

No.  Request for Travel Reimbursement Forms cannot be processed without the board approved Trip Request Form.
