Annual Customer Survey for Information Technology Services
The survey is conducted annually in the Spring. Participation is solicited via an all employee and all student email blast, and participation is incentivized with a gift card. Year over year overall satisfaction has improved substantially - a testament to the hard work of the staff, and support of Leadership and the Board of Trustees investing in our student's and institution's technology needs.
