Customer Service/ Hospitality Training

The Customer Service/Hospitality training will prepare participants to work in any environment that requires great customer service. Successful program completion will award participants Food Protection Managers, CPR/ First Aid and Work Keys Certification. Participants will gain understanding of career opportunities in the hospitality industry. Learn Call Center and professional etiquette and achieve competency in office skills and software used in the modern offices. They will also have the opportunity to participate in 60 hours of unpaid for-credit work experience arranged through the Antelope Valley College Business Division.
