Equipment and media are available for checkout by faculty and staff. Equipment/media use is limited to the class period only, unless a specific request is made to extend it's use.
The equipment/media must be picked-up and returned to the IMC by the use. Delivery is not available due to limited staffing. New faculty and staff should be prepared to show their AVC identification card when arriving to pickup their equipment/media.
Equipment/media are available on a first come, first serve basis. To ensure equipment/media availability, reserve it ahead of time. This can be accomplished with a phone call, by stopping by the IMC, or sending the IMC a memo or email with the reservation date(s).
If you would like a student to pickup equipment/media for you, a prior reservation must be made or a note, with your signature, must be sent with the student at the time the equipment/media is picked-up.
IMC will hold your media on reserve for student use.
Faculty can record their class lecture on audio cassette and leave it in IMC for students to have duplicated. Lecture videos can also be left in IMC for student use.
