Pre-Qualification of Bidders for Upcoming Formally Bid Projects

Antelope Valley Community College District ("District") is inviting all interested licensed contractors who wish to formally bid on one of the upcoming projects identified below, to submit a Pre-Qualification Application to the District. 

THE DISTRICT WILL ONLY CONSIDER BID PROPOSALS FOR THE PROJECTS SPECIFIED BELOW FROM LICENSED CONTRACTORS WHO HAVE SUBMITTED A PRE-QUALIFICATION APPLICATION AND HAVE BEEN DEEMED A PRE-QUALIFIED BIDDER BY THE DISTRICT.

The requirements relating to the completion of the Pre-Qualification Application and related forms, along with the standards for the District's evaluation of completed Pre-Qualification Application responses and for establishing the pre- qualified status of a Contractor, shall be as set forth in the Pre-Qualification Application Package.

Contractors may download a copy of the Prequalification Application Package by selecting the applicable link below or by emailing purchasing@avc.edu to request a Pre-Qualification package.
