Voucher System

Student Health provides on and off campus health services to currently enrolled AVC students through a voucher system. Students must be in one or more unit. Students can request one or more vouchers as needed by either completing a Basic Needs application or emailing from their AVC email, studenthealth@avc.edu with the following information:

• Student Full Name
• AVC ID (complete 900 #)
• Voucher Name Requested
• No medical or personal information is needed. 

ValleyWide Dental Services:

• X-rays
• Oral Exam
• Dental Cleaning
• Other preventative dental care

Wallis Family Eyecare Vision Services:

• Eye Exams
• Frames
• Lenses (if prescribed)

Summit Urgent Care In Person Medical Services:

• Evaluation and counseling for individual health problems
• Family planning and gynecological health care for women
• Sexually transmitted infection information and testing
• First Aid
• Blood pressure screening
• Immunizations
• Elective physical exams
• Pap smears
• TB skin test

Bartz Altadonna In Person Mental Health Services:

• Counseling Support
• AVC location Thursday 1-5pm by appointment only
