Voucher System

Student Health will still on and off campus health services to currently enrolled AVC students who are in one or more units each semester amid Bartz Altadonna being available in SSV 189 for in-person Medical . Vouchers will only be provided during the semester the school is currently on Students with Medical insurance are encouraged to use coverage prior to utilizing the voucher system.

Students can request vouchers by emailing from their AVC email to studenthealth@avc.edu with the following information:

• Student Full Name
• AVC ID (complete 900 #)
• Voucher Name Requested
• No medical or personal information is needed. 

You will receive a confirmation email with a review of what our vouchers cover. You would need to confirm with us after reading the review that you would like to continue to receive the voucher. Once confirmed you will receive the appropriate steps to schedule your appointment. 

ValleyWide Dental Services: voucher is only given every 6 months.

Voucher only covers:

• X-rays
• Comprehensive Oral Exam
• Routine Dental Cleaning

Wallis Family Eyecare Vision Services: Voucher is only given every 6 months. 

Vouchers do not cover broken frames. 

• Eye Exams
• Frames
• Lenses (if prescribed)
