Antelope Valley College is set to host a lecture by Civil Rights scholar Dr. Megan Ming Francis about the political and civil rights landscape of this coming election year.
Dr. Megan Ming Francis, G. Alan and Barbara Delsman Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Washington and author of Civil Rights and the Making of the Modern American State, will offer her insights on key civil rights and political issues influencing the 2024 presidential election.
The community is invited to attend this free event and gain a deeper understanding of the complex political dynamics during presidential elections.
