Antelope Valley College students are invited to take a break, recharge and reconnect during the upcoming “Rooted in Wellness” event on Wednesday, April 22.
The campuswide event offers a chance to focus on both mental and physical health in a creative, low-pressure environment. Students can drop in at any time to paint their own flower pot and plant seeds to take home, no registration required.
All supplies will be provided while they last, making it easy to simply show up and enjoy the experience. Designed as a calming, hands-on activity, the event will feature relaxing music and a peaceful atmosphere to help students unwind, clear their minds and de-stress during the semester.
Whether you stay for a few minutes or the full two hours, the goal is simple: slow down, get creative and reconnect with yourself.
Students are encouraged to stop by, grab a brush and plant something meaningful.
