Students at Antelope Valley College are being invited to slow down, connect, and celebrate friendship during HUB Connection Week, a series of interactive events designed to build community and encourage meaningful relationships. 

The celebration, which leads up to International Friendship Day, focuses on creating an inclusive and welcoming environment where students can strengthen bonds, meet new people, and take a break from their busy schedules. 

From painting and jewelry making to games and scavenger hunts, each activity is intentionally designed to spark conversations and promote collaboration. The events aim to help participants feel seen, supported, and become part of a larger campus community. 

Whether reconnecting with old friends or making new ones, students are encouraged to join in the festivities and take part in moments of joy, creativity, and shared experiences.
