CAPM® Exam Prep
Project Management Fundamentals


Gain the knowledge, confidence & tools to succeed on your CAPM® Exam the first try!

This program is for emerging professionals and entry level or aspiring managers seeking foundational project management skills and CAPM® certification preparation. Participants gain access to expert-led instruction, personalized application support, simulated exams, and a full suite of study tools to build knowledge and confidence.

With comprehensive training and practical applications, students not only prepare to pass the exam but also strengthen the skills they use daily in managing projects.
 

Manager

Program Information:

  • 30 Hours of Live Virtual Instruction
  • Comprehensive Study Tools and Practice Exams
  • Upcoming Sessions: Apr 14–29 | Aug 3–18
  • Schedule: Mon–Thurs, 6:00–9:00 PM (PT)
  • Cost: $1,495 per participant

Exam Information:

  • Secondary degree (high school diploma or associate degree)
  • 23 hours of project management education (CAPM Prep course satisfies this requirement).
  • No project management experience required

Completion of the CAPM® Exam Prep course satisfies the 23-hour education requirement.

Duration: 30 hours (10 sessions × 3 hours)

August 2026 – CAPM® Course

PMP® Exam Prep
Advanced Project Management Training

AVC Extended Learning in partnership with PSI Project Management Inc. offers Advanced Project Management Training Program (PMP® Exam Prep Course) - a live virtual program designed to help you and your team earn the gold standard in project management certification.

This program is designed for mid-career professionals and team leaders ready to advance their careers.
 

Manager

Program Information:

  • 36 Hours of Expert-led Instruction (Plus, Simulated Testing)
  • Personalized Application Assistance
  • Free Course Retake Option
  • Upcoming Sessions: March 9–26 | July 7–27
  • Schedule: Mon–Thurs, 6:00–9:00 PM (PT)
  • Cost: $1,995 per participant

Applicants must meet one of the following:

  • Secondary degree (high school diploma or associate degree): 60 months of project management experience + 35 hours of PM education
  • Bachelor's degree: 36 months of project management experience + 35 hours of PM education
  • GAC-accredited bachelor’s degree: 24 months of project management experience + 35 hours of PM education

Note: Experience must be nonoverlapping and within the last eight years.

Completion of the PMP® Exam Prep course satisfies the 35-hour education requirement.

March 2026 – PMP® Certification Course
