We want to share several important updates regarding your financial aid that may require your attention.

Update 1: New BankMobile Look

BM Technologies, Inc. was recently acquired by First Carolina Bank and now features a new blue-and-white design with the bank’s column logo (see image below). You may notice this updated branding when accessing your account or viewing related communications.

Update 3: New Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Policy

New policy changes regarding Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) are coming into effect for students enrolled in fewer than 24 units. Detailed information about how these changes may affect you will be included in your upcoming SAP email notification.

Please review the email carefully once it arrives to ensure you understand any actions you may need to take.

Update 4: Important ID Reminder

A physical, government-issued ID is required for all federal financial aid purposes. Digital or mobile IDs — including mobile driver's licenses or digital state IDs — cannot be accepted at this time.

To avoid delays, please have your physical ID available whenever requested.

Update 5: Coming Soon – New Appointment System

We're excited to announce that the Financial Aid Office will have a new appointment system starting in Spring 2026! This technology will help us better serve students and reduce long wait times in the lobby.

We are currently implementing the system and will share more details in the new year. When it goes live, staff will be available in the lobby to help students check in and navigate the new process.

If you have any questions, please contact the Financial Aid Office:
