NEXTUP Eligibility

• Current or former foster youth
• Enrolled in at least 9 units
• Under the age of 26 at the start of the academic year
• In out of home placement, dependency, or ward of the court on or after their 13th birthday
• Provide proof of dependency
• Eligible for EOPS
