This scholarship is designed to help students who intend to pursue higher education. In order to be selected for this scholarship, the candidate must be a full-time student at AVC, have completed or is concurrently enrolled in two of Mr. Tran's math courses and posses a G.P.A of 3.0 or higher. All candidates will submit a 500 word essay (Maximum) addressing the question "Give a description of your experience of learning math and how has it influenced your academic career goal?"

• AVC transferring student (Transferring to a 4 year school)
• Must be involved in Community Service & Activities
• Full-time AVC student
• Minimum G.P.A. required: 3.0
