New Users: To authorize your access to the FS Work Request System, please send an email to Michael Maher, at and include the following information:

  • Last Name
  • First Name
  • Telephone Number

After your information has been verified, you will be contacted regarding an orientation of the FS Work Request System. Upon completion, access to the FS Work Request System will be provided.
