The Student Engagement Call Center, located at the Palmdale Center and staffed by the Palmdale team, conducts outbound calls to targeted student and community groups. Each campaign supports an outreach goal identified by an Antelope Valley College department. Our purpose is to strengthen enrollment, retention, and students’ progress toward academic completion.
- The Palmdale staff and student team is knowledgeable of many Antelope Valley College programs, services and processes.
- Phone calls are made between the hours of 9:30am and 5:00pm, Monday - Thursday. Fridays are available from 9:30 - 11:30am as needed.
- General tracking and reports are maintained to monitor the success and outcomes of the calls and reported to the department upon completion.
