How to Schedule Your EOPS Counseling Appointment
Remember, scheduling your appointments and showing up for them on time is now completely your responsibility. As you are aware from the EOPS Orientation and Mutual Responsibility Contract, all EOPS students are required to complete a total of three EOPS counseling appointments each Spring and Fall semester. If you miss a scheduled appointment twice in one contact period, you will not be able to reschedule for a third time, and that appointment will then be considered a missed appointment. Missing appointments can result in the loss of grants and other program opportunities, and may lead to a suspension or termination from the program.
Once your appointment has been scheduled, you will receive an appointment confirmation via email/text. If you find you need to cancel/reschedule you will not be able to do so via ESARS. Instead, please call the EOPS office at 661-722-6300 ext. 6363 and we will be happy to assist you.

If your last name begins with letters G-O, your EOPS Counselor is Ms. Dietra Jackson. Your EOPS Technician is Ms. Jenell Paul, who can be reached at jenell.paul@avc.edu or 661-722-6363.
If your last name begins with letters P-R and T-Z your EOPS Counselor is Mrs. Tiffany Castillejo. Your EOPS Technician is Ms. Andrea Brown, who can be reached at andrea.brown@avc.edu or 661-722-6363.
To request an EOPS counseling appointment at the Palmdale Campus only, please schedule with Mrs. Peggy Sosa.
