Support Services and Accommodations

  • Support Services are based on the functional limitations resulting from your disability.  Please be sure to follow the guidelines for each service you are eligible for. 
     
  • Support services include: Sign language interpreters, test readers/scribes, ability to record lectures, textbooks in alternative formats, Kurzweil 3000, test accommodations, accessible seating, Peer Shared Notes, priority registration, and use of the High Tech Center.  Other support services may be available if deemed appropriate, please contact OSD for more information.
     
  • An Academic Accommodation Plan (AAP) is developed for each student which links student’s goals, curriculum program, and academic adjustments, auxiliary aids, services and/or instruction to his/her disability related educational limitation.

Student Code of Conduct

Students are expected to adhere to the Student Code of Conduct, which covers what is expected of student in regard to academic honesty, behavior, computer use, substances and weapons, as well as disciplinary Procedures to be followed if a student violates the code of conduct.

Campus Discipline
  • Submit Student CARE Report
    The CARE online form can be used by anyone who would like to report a student discipline or behavioral incident.
