Tutoring Support
The Learning Center offers both in-person and virtual peer tutoring. Students are able to see a tutor face-to-face during tutoring hours by making an appointment using the link below or at our front desk. A 30-minute appointment can be requested, no more than 10 hours in advance, or students can stop by during tutoring hours for help. Students with OSD accommodations can request a 60-minute appointment by calling into our front desk at (661)722-6300 ext.6458.
All students are required to enroll in the LAC 900 once per semester before receiving tutoring services. Enrollment is easy and can be accomplished by following the steps here. Once you reach final step requiring an add code, please give us a call at (661)722-6300 ext.6458 and we will provide one to you.
Writing Tutoring: If you would like writing tutoring support for any of your classes, please select "Writing" from the course list when you make an appointment at the link below.
