Cameras, microphones, video monitors and state-of-the-art telecommunications technology provide a window to similarly equipped meeting rooms out of town. The following guidelines are intended to streamline the process of requesting video conference services, and help the IMC to provide a valuable service to the campus community.
- Requests must be made a minimum of two (2) weeks in advance to ensure availability of the room, equipment, connectivity and personnel.
- Room reservations, connectivity, equipment support and technical support is coordinated by the IMC staff.
Videoconferencing equipment is available for use in rooms MH 118 and MH 132. The description and capacity of rooms can be seen under Facility and Services.
