New Student Health Clinic Opens Monday, August 18 in SSV

Antelope Valley College students will now have access to in-person medical and mental health services on campus provided by Bartz-Altadonna Community Health Center (BACHC) beginning Monday, August 18.

The new Student Health Clinic will be located in the Student Services Building, Room 187 (SSV 187) where it will operate a full-service, in-person medical clinic.

The clinic will provide a wide range of health services, including basic primary care, first aid and emergency medical support, reproductive health and family planning, vaccinations, and more. In-person mental health services such as substance abuse counseling, mental health counseling, crisis intervention, and STI/STD counseling, testing, and treatment will also be available.

The Student Health Administration office will continue offering additional support from its new T-100 location. Services include dental and vision vouchers, over-the-counter medications, and health-related events and workshops for students in need.
