Wraparound Engagement Desert Outreach (W.E.D.O)

"WEDO CCAV is a collaboration of agencies led by The Children’s Center of The Antelope Valley (CCAV) working to prevent homelessness and incarceration in our community. Our program, funded by the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health MHSA Innovation 2 grant, leverages existing community resources to provide wraparound services to Transitional Age Youth (ages 16-25 years) and justice involved individuals reentering our community in order to help them achieve and sustain independence."
