Antelope Valley College’s Second Year Experience & Promise Program

The Antelope Valley College’s Second Year Experience & Promise Program serves second-year college students with a holistic strategy designed to support students to the completion of their educational goal of a degree in higher education and/or certificate. Your first step to free tuition is to complete your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the California Dream Act Application.

As a continuing student, be sure to continue to your full-time course load and follow your education plan to completion. Eligibility is determined each semester.
