My name is Amy Ledesma, I am the Owner, Director and Teacher at Little Blessings Childcare, LLC., a Family Childcare Home, licensed through California Community Care Licensing. Little Blessings Childcare, LLC., opened in 2003, and for past 20 years we have provided a safe loving environment for children from 0-13 years old. I am an alumni of Antelope Valley College where I studied Child and Family Early Education, and earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Brandman University in Early Childhood Education. I am passionate about the Profession, as I recognize and respect the uniqueness and individuality of every child. My approach to the profession is to encourage children to learn and grow by providing a foundation of developmentally appropriate experiences where all children can succeed in a safe and nurturing environment. My expectation for myself as Mentor Teacher is to share my 30+ years of experience to share knowledge, and encouragement in becoming an Intentional Teacher. I hope to share skills for the classroom that will foster children’s development and produce real and lasting learning experiences.
