Undergrad Research & Creating Learning (URCL):

Ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes of groundbreaking discoveries and innovative projects at AVC? That’s where the Office of Undergraduate Research & Creative Learning (URCL) comes in! URCL helps all students explore research and creative projects across every division and connects you with faculty, staff, and resources to bring your ideas to life. Join us for an interactive presentation with URCL Coordinator, Dr. Zia Nisani.

 

Transfer 101:

Planning to transfer to CSUs, UCs or other universities, this workshop covers the steps in the application process. Topics include important dates and deadlines, transcripts and other supporting documents, and much more.

 


Financial Literacy: Budget Like a Boss for College Success. Financial Literacy: Auto buying, Financial Literacy: Fraud, Scams, ID Theft, Financial Basics 101

Open to all Marauder Promise students, this workshop introduces students to key concepts including developing a personal budget, credit/debt management, and building financial wellness. Topics include how to create a personal budget, understanding credit and debt, and making informed financial decisions to support their academic journey and build a strong financial foundation.
