The Associated Student Organization will hold an ASO Meeting on Friday, September 19 at 9:00 a.m. in Cedar Hall 139A (Board Room). It is not mandatory to attend but optional for students interested in knowing what the student government is doing on campus. ASO meeting agendas and supplementary materials can also be found on the district’s public website.

ASO may briefly respond to statements made or questions posed, however, for further information, please contact the ASO President (aso@avc.edu) to request items of discussion to be placed on a future agenda (California Government Code 54953.3). The law does not permit any action to be taken, nor extended discussion of any items not on the agenda. 

Submissions will be read aloud at the meeting and must comply with the three-minute time limit, per Board Policy 2350.
