The Antelope Valley College Theatre Arts Department is holding general auditions for the production “The Crucible” written by Arthur Miller.
Set during the 1692 Salem Witch hunts, this tragic tale of lies, fear, and intolerance remains a topical and haunting reminder of the dangers of unchecked power.
Aspiring actors are welcome to audition with a two-minute dramatic monologue and be familiar with the play. Those interested in working behind the scenes are also encouraged to attend the auditions for a brief interview.
Students selected to participate must enroll in THA 115: Rehearsal & Performance. Rehearsals are scheduled depending on the chosen unit load.
