Are you expected to graduate with the Fall 2025, Spring 2026, or Summer 2026 class? If so, please review the information below to prepare for Commencement.

Commencement will take place at Marauder Stadium on Friday, June 5. Gates open at 5 p.m., and graduates must be checked in no later than 6 p.m. The ceremony will start promptly at 6:30 p.m. and will last approximately 2.5 hours. 

Important Deadlines

• Monday, May 4: Submit your Commencement Card by this date to receive five guest tickets and be included in the Commencement Program.
   
• Monday, May 18: Submit your Commencement Card by this date to be included in the Commencement Program (guest tickets not guaranteed).
   
• Monday, June 1: Submit your Commencement Card by this date to walk across the stage (guest tickets and program inclusion not guaranteed). Guests can watch via livestream (link TBD).

Don't delay — complete the following steps to participate in Commencement by visiting the AVC Commencement webpage :

1. Submit your Application for Degree or Certificate . By submitting this application, you are requesting an evaluation for your degree or certificate.
2. Submit your Commencement Card to RSVP for your Commencement attendance.
3. Attend Grad Fair in spring to purchase your Commencement regalia.
4. Attend a spring Commencement practice session to receive your Commencement Card.
5. Obtain your electronic tickets to share with your guests after Commencement practice.
6. Make sure you and your guests are ready for Commencement Day.
7. Attend Commencement and celebrate your achievements.
