The Dreamers Center at Antelope Valley College provides support, guidance, and resources to help students succeed academically and personally.
While the center specializes in supporting undocumented students, AB540 students, students from mixed-status families, and first-generation college students, all AVC students are welcome to access Dreamers Center services and resources.
Available support services include:
• AB540 residency assistance
• California Dream Act support
• Academic counseling services
• Scholarship and financial aid guidance
• Peer mentoring opportunities
• Educational workshops
• DACA information and updates
• Immigration resource referrals
• Family and community resources
• A welcoming and inclusive student support space
Academic counseling services are currently available through the Dreamers Center. Students are encouraged to stop by for assistance with educational planning, resources, and support.
