Antelope Valley College students, staff and faculty can access free immigration legal services through the UFW Foundation’s Community Colleges Project.
The program provides personalized immigration legal assistance from qualified attorneys and accredited representatives, with services available in multiple languages. Services include eligibility consultations, adjustments of status, naturalization and citizenship applications, family petitions, DACA renewals, T and U visas, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, background checks and FOIA requests/reviews, and more.
There is no unit or income requirement for students to receive services.
In-person appointments are available on the first Tuesday of each month from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Virtual appointments are available on the third Wednesday of each month from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Students, staff and faculty can schedule an appointment through Find Your Ally.
