Interested in meditation but don’t know where to start? Looking for a group of meditators to sit with?

Join the AVC Counseling Center for Mindfulness Meditation Sitting Group Meeting for a 30-minute meditation group each Monday of the Spring 2024 Semester.

Student Health will have supplies to paint pots that students can take home and plant herbs in. This event will promote students growing food and incorporation fresh herbs into their nutrition. In order to ensure we have enough supplies, we ask students to RSVP.

For graduates, a cap decorating session will be held on the second floor of the Student Services Building in the Transfer Center on Wednesday, April 17 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Enjoy refreshments and personalize your graduation cap to prepare for the upcoming commencement ceremony.

AVC Latine Graduation Celebration is a pre-commencement celebration to honor students who through unyielding determination have successfully completed an Associates degree or a certificate program from Antelope Valley College.

The Teacher Accelerated Preparation Program (TAPP) will host the "Future Educators Information Session," presented by Professor Rod Schilling, during the month of April online via Zoom.
